I would like to ask a few "beginner" questions as well. I believe the best place would be here. Hopefully, these questions may help others as well.
Q. 1) Can you change state allegiance later on in the game once you have chosen one?
A. 1) No, it's not possible to change your state allegiance later in the game. Once you've chosen a state you are bound to it forever, or till you make a new character. You can, however, make your guild nationless or join a nationless guild that allows anyone from any state to join the guild.
Q. 2) For monsters dropping skill tomes, do they drop the highest skill lvl tome according to their level or they can drop any lvl skill tomes. (For example : will a lvl 23 monster drop lvl 20 tomes and not lvl 10 ones? I hate to hunt 1000 low lvl monsters just for the skill)
A. 2) I'm sorry that I can't answer that for you, perhaps another Mod or Admin can fill this in for me.
Q. 3) I am a fire paladin and have been looking for Dancing Cobra in the market for many days but haven't seen any. Are they hard to find and what are the market price for these?
A. 3) I'm not sure what the prices are for skill books, usually if you put an item in the vendor it has an automatic price on it's own. The chances of finding Dancing Cobra are the same for any skill book you will need. I was told by a friend that if you hunt the elemental monsters that your element defeats, then a skill book will drop. So try farming for a skill book at the monsters that a Fire element can beat. (Ex. Water beats Fire, so I'd go to Fire monsters to get a water skill book.) I'm not sure if this is 100% true, it's just a theory, but I guess it's worth a try right?
Q. 4) Whats the best way to collect reputation other than hoarding soul spars?
A. 4) My honest answer is to do every single quest that gives you reputation, not only that, you get money, items, etc from doing it so it's kind of a win win situation. You can also go to stronger Fairy Realm monsters (for your element) to get higher lvl soul spars.
Q. 5) Whats refining in the game for?
A. 5) I was told refining was to increase the quality of your items. So it goes from White (normal) > Blue (elite) > Green (super).
Q. 6) Where can you get the bear, bull, and tiger mounts?
A. 6) You can get them from the PP shop or you can hunt in the Tower of Regrets.

I think the quests in this game are too complicated, especial Humaniod Monsters 'cos the the details are too little/ it's hard to find out. It would be OK if the quests are more easy

A. All of this information can now be found at the "Detailed Game Guide" section posted up by Engputer with screenshots. http://pdobbs.enjoymmo.com/forum-23-1.html. I know for sure if you hit the "H" button on your keyboard while in game, the Help guide will pop up with detailed information as to where to find these monsters and gives you a little bit of an insight to the quest as well. Since the names and such were changed I'm not sure if the Help guide in game has been updated. :x I hope that helps!
