Some games I have played have a program written into it that does not allow bad words to appear.  It comes out garbled or other.  Flyff has that.  Perhaps you can work on implementing something like that.  With the program you create a list of words that you feel are offensive in what ever language (english phonetics).  When someone tries to type that, junk appears in its place that way no one can see the true meaning or feel offended by foul language.  Or just forget what I said since it is not worth looking into.
