About third-party software

Recently we have received some reports complaining a few players using third-party software. Here we state our position on this matter. If you consider that someone uses third-party software, please submit evidences that can explicitly prove the party-software is used. Such evidences shall include, but is not limited to, videos, screenshots,and technical analysis. And if the evidences are found to be insufficient, we are not going to take action.

What do you mean by third party software because I made a program that people can download on my site that helps people in PDO. It's not a bot or anything I'm just looking for clarification.
