is server down for today??

i cant login, and it give me an error
"Network cannot connect normally,
perhaps the server is not active" lol

please put some advisory on the forums

The NEWS in the game client said "Server Merge" and server merge began at 17:00 on Sept. 21st and will end at 02:00 on Sept. 22nd.

we are doing server merge now. It will last a couple of hours, but not so long as a whole day. Please watch the official accouncement on website and forum.
