How is this possible?

I saw Haskill using a jewel booth I figured was high lvl so I went to use it and found a lvl 15 armor booth on a lvl 53 character. This is not a GM booth as I check the items and they are all glory. There are two ways, GM favoritism or hacker, I'm leaning toward the latter.

I have banned this char for good but it seem the character was deleted before my ban action on Oct 16.

i just remember ... was few days ago some1 showing on world GM hammer ... and i said "leave us alone with your gm item and don`t ruin our world " ... maybe ...or with certain was this person... ok ok ... not this is the question... the question is ... from where a player take this gm stuff?! i see u don`t wanna tell nothing about this  ...u left it in mistery ... i think we deserve to know the truth.. who was ,from where get that, we are a PART of pdo and u should be honest with us

som e1 today pm`ed me ... telling something about GM`s ... i think is that person... the translation of what that person said is ..."hahaha i am hiding so good GM wont find me"   i put the screenshot in here to see gm`s ...  i become the detective in here
