I've tried everything listed and still same message...can't find server or server down for maintenance...
I've asked admin to check into port 80 (which seems to be what comes up following Maven's suggestion).
Thanks for all your help guys but it doesn't look like I'm destined to play PDO...

Well, it was the property firewall/network security. For those of you with same issue ports 6000-6063 need to be added with an exception to allow for the game. Now I can't get onto a server...but I only have one listed so I'll try opening a new thread. Thanks again guys.

Thnkx for ur reply ....i did wht u told me and took some pic of those ..............

the 1st cmd is normal natstat -n ...thn i run the client and agn netstat ......this time i found out 64.151.111.189 this one is new and is using 6000 port as OUR Master GMz told me the game use 6000 so this one is the server ip.........Nxt i pinged the server ip as u said now tell me wht the hell i m misiing tht i can not play the game ...........................

From your screenie you are connecting to the server just fine, a little slow but connecting. One thing you can try is going into your PDO file in the C directory and locate the file play_setup.ini. Open it and find <UserType>@bc</UserType> and remove the @ symbol and save it. Now try and login and at the bottom you'll see the IP choices.

If this doesn't work like I don't think it will you'll need to check your PC's setting, windows defender, anti-virus, firewall... ext. I'm betting it's being blocked somewhere along the lines.

Man now atleast opening screen comes ..............but connection to server fails .now tell me  how can i add port 6000 - 6063 to exception list .and also port 7001 is login port

Shutdown firewall then try it, if it doesn't work shutdown anti-virus then try it, still nothing shutdown defender and try again. And when I say shutdown I mean go to your control panel, admin tools, services, and actually shut them down, not turn them off.
