No wonder skill books droprate is so low, considerin so many unused books in the game.. ever thought there's a limit of total books allowed to be dropped / available in game.. as long you bank them new ones won't drop so often as they should. I know a dev from the original PDO, I have no idea if it's ame here, but in China there's a limit of scroll books dropped per hour/per day and total books available of each kind in the game. As long nonone learns some skill books no new ones of that kind will drop cause it reached the limit. Lets say: Totally allowed Impregnable Skillbooks in the game 30. If one has 12 in his bank, only 18 new ones will drop instead of 30, means the droprate is massively lowered by books kept back for whatever reason ever.
It's ok to have lets say 10 books in your bank for trade but it's not ok to have over 300 bunkered for nothing, hindering other players of upgrading their skills.
I honestly don't see the sense behind keeping so many scroll books for yourself, others are level 70 and never found ONE scroll book; or still fight with some major skills level 1 or 2, my priest is level 60 and never got a metalpriest book dropped, I killed firemobs in the tower for days (totally about two week all hours counted together, actually I mostly leveld from 30 to 59 in the tower beside doing the statequest). I never seen summon golden ape in any booth for sale and you have 5 that you don't even sell for PP nor Gold.. You're a shame, sorry to say.
