



Please read this before posting here!
If you are posting a technical bug or problem, please post your computer specs. Before you post, however, here are a few tips you should do before posting any problems.
1. Make sure it is not scheduled down time
There will be routine maintanence every weekend. You cannot log in during this time.
2. Make sure your internet connection is working.
Visit a few websites in your browser to make sure your connection is up.
3. Make sure your firewall is not blocking the game.
Turn off the firewall and start the game. If you can log in, then it is your firewall settings.
4. Make sure your video card driver is up to date.
Depending on your manufacturer, you can get updates for your driver from their website. If your computer is a Dell, check the dell website. (I have a dell laptop and they have to release special drivers for their hardware)
5. Make sure your operating system is up to date.
Use windows update and get all the latest updates.
6. Try uninstalling the game and re-installing
If the game still doesn't work, try downloading the latest version and then uninstall/reinstall.
If these don't work, use the search feature. Maybe a fix for your problem has already been posted.
If you need to post a new bug, and it isn't a gameplay/language bug, here is the information we need:
Operating System
right click on my computer (or computer for vista), and choose properties. (you may need to use the one in the start menu)
Processor type and speed
right click on my computer (or computer for vista), and choose properties. (you may need to use the one in the start menu)
RAM
right click on my computer (or computer for vista), and choose properties. (you may need to use the one in the start menu)
Graphics Card Type
XP: Right click on my computer choose properties. (you may need to use the one in the start menu) Click the Hardware tab. Then click on Device manager. Expand Display adapters.
Vista: Right click on my computer choose properties. Click Device Manager on the left sidebar. Expand Display adapters.
Please use the correct bug type when posting.
Language Bug when it is a typo or text that wasn't translated correctly.
Gameplay bug for all other in-game issues.
Tech bug for all problems related to technical issues such as connecting, installation, and erros shown to you by your operating system while using the client.
Other bug for anything else.
For error messages that are unreadable (NON CHINESE CHARACTERS)
You need to change the default locale for Non-Unicode programs to Chinese PRC. Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options. This will make the error messages appear in Chinese so that Eng and the Devs can read the message.
