After you talked with State Consultant in the Sun City, finally you decide to join the Chu State. A new quest named Visit the District Magistrate will be assigned to you, asking you to visit the District Magistrate in Spring City after you reach level 10 by using the Posthouse service in the Sun City.
           
When you get to the Spring City, press “M” and you will find the District Magistrate easily. While talking with the District Magistrate, he told you that in the hope of acquiring the Chu citizenship, you have to visit the Citizenship Officer beside him, who will arrange everything for you in terms of the state admission procedures.

So you turn to the Citizenship Officer and he will give you a quest titled Obtain Chu Nationality, which ask you to kill Victor in Peece(55.50). Go ahead to finish off him for your citizenship!

This guy Victor lurks in the north-east of Peece(55.50),you can easily pick him out in his convoys by his different appearance and highlighted name in blue color. Pay extremely close attention to his convoys, who are always on your heels. Their persistence really exerts some difficulties in killing Victor with your sole endeavors troublesome! So we suggest you should complete this quest with team work. Do remember that your patience is indispensable in this quest.

Finally you killed him. Go back to the Spring City and report your success in killing Victor to the Citizen Officer. Obviously your exploit is to his complete satisfaction, he immediately reward you by granting the Citizenship of Chu State.

Congratulations! Now you are no more a rookie but a formal citizen of the great Chu State but the Citizen Officer also tells you that you have no access to meet the King without doing huge contributions to the state and being recommended by some state elites. so he suggest you should further your quests to make more contributions to the state by meeting Sunny first who will assign you new tasks but after all, you are now a Chu citizen!
