[Main] The third visit to Sandy

After you bring an end to the quest Gossip in Yote, PDO System will automatically send an information to you, asking you to have some words with Lord Bradford again. As you may perceive, Lord Bradford is so important that he appears repeatedly and gives the incentive to the evolution of the main quest line of Qin.

This time the brilliant merchant tells you that you should pay a visit to Sandy for the third time and ask him about how did he ascend to the Qin Premier. Knowing the quest object, you should find Sandy (239,185) in the Desert city, who will ply you with  his anecdotes as his past experiences, his ambitions and something necessary for you on this errand:his plot to attain the title of Qin Premier.

After you are dismissed by Sandy,  return to Lord Bradford and inform him of your findings. He will give you his opinion as to what kind of person Sandy is: nothign but a person of imbecility and of arrogancy. The quest completes. You will get 25000EXP and 8REP.
