State: Chi           Lv. Requirement: 12

When you become Chi’s Citizen, you can devote yourself to the whole country. Visit Levin is the first step for your adventure in Chi State. The level requirement of this quest is 12, but in my opinion, you can first do all the branch quests (like Life Target, Honored Follower, Collect Leather, Lost Classmate) you can do to level up and strong yourself .

It is a long quest that you should run between Autumn City and Jade City. First, you should pay a visit to Levin (337,306) in Jade City which located to the west of Autumn City to search some clues about Eight Diagrams. Talk to him, and then you will find that he is disturbed by the Military Advisor. You want to help him to persuade the Military Advisor (274,276) who is at the Jade City Institute gates.


The Military Advisor is obstinate, so you decide to accept their challenge to make a deal. If you defeat the Brave Swordsman (290,234) of them who is in the woods outside Jade City Institute, they will stop depreciating Scholar Samuel. Although the Brave Swordsman’s level is 16, you can easily defeat him by yourself in a short time. At last justice has prevailed and the guilty man has been punished.
  

Then, you report to Levin (337,306) in Jade City that you have solved the problem. He appreciates you very much and approves your ability. He needs a brave and honest person to help him to send a manuscript to his Fellowman.


Go straight to the east of Jade City and enter Autumn City. You will find Levin’s Fellowman (218,430) stands to the west of Autumn City and give the manuscript to him. But his parcel was stolen by the Boar King several hours ago. The Boar King (310,428) is maybe in the woods to the southwest of Autumn City. Lots of monsters are hungry and eager to eat some fresh men's flesh. You could kill them one by one to avoid undergoing a siege. The Boar King is fierce that maybe you can not defeat it by yourself. You can team other players and fight together or use flanking and protracted tactics which means spend lots of time and medicine.

When you finally killed the Boar King, it dropped the parcel which you needed. Then give the parcel to Levin’s Fellowman (218,430).


At last, go back to Jade City to find Levin (337,306) and talk to him again. Eventually, 15000EXP, 2500 Gold and 20 Reputation Points are your rewards.

The next primary quest is also difficult. You can do all the branch quests of the four States to strong yourself. Or you can first claim double experience from Mister Omniscient (160,253) in Autumn City or in Phoenix Village (154,172) and then go to Myth Pass to kill monsters to level up.
