After you get your Zhao Nationality, the Citizenship Officer will guide you to Lord Mark (205,218) in Winter City, who is a favorite of Lord Peace and is seeking a skilled man like you to help him. Lord Peace fell ill because he worried so much about the Zhao state affairs, so you have to find a Catholicon for him from the immortal healer in Wilshire.

The Catholicon quest is quite hard for a player below level 21. If you are not quite confident enough to take the quest, you may take the branch quests of both your own state and the other three states to upgrade yourself and get yourself more familiar with the other three states. You could also get the Advanced Awarded Quest from the Lieutenant (317,125) in Winter City when reached level 15. If you are interested in trading with other players in the game, you can set up your first booth only in Sun City when at level 18.
         
After all the efforts you made to get yourself stronger, you may continue the quest. Go to South Wilshire to talk to the Old Man (332,136) there.

According to him, there are many Porcupines near Wilshire and the Porcupine King(323,331) is extremely fierce.

If you can wipe out the beasts for the good of people there, you can get a chance to meet the immortal healer. Now, kill the level-13 beast king located in Southwest Wilshire and fetch its Gallbladder. When you made it, the Old Man tells you that the Gallbladder you got is just a supplemental material and if you want to refine the Catholicon successfully, you have to get three pieces of Newt Poison Sacs. The level-16 Newts are located in East Wilshire and they may be entangled with wolves of level 21 and crocodiles of level 18.

Since you cannot avoid the mob team, it is suggested that you built your team with players who are willing to assist in your quest. When you get all the medicine materials, take them to the Old Man. Then the quest Catholicon is finished.
