(You are suggested to finish the quest with a teammate; otherwise you might need to reach the level as high as 45.)

Since you get the task from General Yane to kill the Qin Spy and get back the Item Creation Formula, it is high time for you to start out now. First prepare some best pots which will be helpful in battle. Ask another player to go with you; otherwise you should train yourself to a higher level. You could as well make or buy a better equipment to upgrade your character.


Then come to Qin Army Barracks again. The Qin Spy (39,159) is at the most inner place of the barracks. She is Lv.28 and a tough opponent. Kill the archery first and keep you body healthy. Combine the efforts of you and your teammate to kill the spy. (As for my own experience, I solo and use the best pots with my Lv.50 character in novice equipment.)
      

After killing the spy and get the Item Creation Formula, go back to General Yane (180,300) in Cherry City and report the victory. You will get 50000 experience and 24 reputation as well as a piece of equipment. Then General Yane will ask you to visit General Jefferson in Spring City and deliver the Report. The general will then assign you bigger mission.
