Since you get the quest from General Yane that you should report to General Jefferson the victory over Qin Army, you come to Spring City and find General Jefferson (158,407) at his mansion. General Jefferson reads the report from General Yane and gets to know it is you who killed the Qin Army Officer and forced the Qin Army to withdraw. He wants you to serve the state in the future and at present he would like you to visit General Jacob who might need your help.


General Jacob guards Woo County and resists the attacks from Chi Army. He is now in the northwest barracks. Go to Woo County and talk to General Jacob (100,450) and you are informed that Chi Army Vanguard have come to South Pane. He is glad you come to help, but he wants to see your ability due to the possible dangers in the journey. Come to the north barrack and defeat the Competitive Muscleman, who is not hard to deal with. Then report to General Jacob. He is amazed that you should kill the muscleman without any difficult.
