After you have finished the quest “Traitors Doomed to Die” and reached level 22, you may have to visit Lance(428,255) in Winter City. This guy worried a lot about Lord Liam, who went to present the Harmony Jade to Qin State in exchange for fifteen cities but didn’t return for a long time.

Now, you are asked to visit General Yuri(275,290) in Deerfield, who can deal with the serious situation. When you meet him, don’t forget to show the Command Tablet to him to show that you are trustworthy.

Then, you are asked to get back the Letter which is wrote by Lord Liam and now falls into the hand of the Convicts. Find and kill the level-26 Convicts(130,120) near the swamp in Deerfield.

After that, you have to find some clues about the Expeditionary Vehicle from the Convict(133,320) near the swamp.

The Convict will tell you that a group of monsters seized all the vehicles, which may be kept by the level-28 Wood Monster King (43,340) near the swamp now.

When you are trying to approach the king, pay special attention to those level-28 Wood Monsters around him. They may twine you with their vines.

After killing the “boss”, you get the Vehicle. Bring it to General Yuri and you can get 24000 experience and also Wise Liam’s Letter from him. The quest A Confidential Letter is finished.
