After you have finished Yan's Military Supply Route, you can receive the Return the Harmony Jade to Zhao quest. General Ryee(230,260) in Linshire asks you to rescue Wise Liam(205,285) in Northwest Desert City and get back the invaluable jade.

Liam is worrying about his follower, Larry(49,178) in North Fortune, who is escorting the jade back to Zhao State. He asks you to find this guy and protect him from being ambushed.

Larry gives you 9 HP Tonics and asks you to kill Paul(95,200) on the north outskirts of Fortune. Paul is trying to ambush Larry's escort team.

The level-36 Qin general is protected by a group of Qin Soldiers.

After you killed Paul, the soldiers will no longer be a big problem and King Wen's Wind Diagram is yours. Larry will give you 24000 experience and also the precious Harmony Jade. Bring the jade to Lord Peace(190,223) in Winter City and you can win 48000 experience, Cap of Glory and 20 reputation.

You have gained more trust from the lord and there may be just a few steps to see the King of your state. The whole jade quest is finished now.
