After you have finished Return the Harmony Jade to Zhao quest, Lord Peace asks you to assist General Lee(240,160) in Yan Pass in his fight against Hun.

The general asks you to meet with General Officer Pryor at the horse ranch to inquire about the reason for horse shipment delay. General Pryor(27,221) is at the barracks on Mount Hind. All his soldiers are helpless in the face of the mounted bandits, who stole the warhorses, blockaded the road to Yan Pass and monopolized the only water source on the mountain.

The general asks you to take down Gray Wolf and his men and also gives you 56000 experience as part of your reward. The level-43 bad wolf is located around the northeast of Mount Hind near the exit to Soul City with the same level Mounted Bandits around him.
