It is said that you can't make something out of nothing. Miss Dexterity (211, 83) who lives in Deerfield is so sad that she has left her husband because she can’t cook the dragon liver soup for her mother-in-law.


When you heard that, you give a hand to Miss Dexterity. Go to find Dragon Lover (288, 242) in Linshire and ask him about the dragon. You should show your ability to let Dragon Lover believe that you are a dragon lover too. Answer the questions the Dragon Lover asked. Choose the second option for the first question and choose the forth option for the second question. When you answered all the questions, Dragon Lover points you a direction how to find a dragon though he didn’t see a real dragon.


Here, you will get another quest named Dragon Lover Loves Dragon which leads you go on the quest Meal without Rice.


Butcher (248, 202) who knows the Slaughtering Dragons Skill lives in the east of Linshire. If you pass the test the Butcher set, he will teach you the Slaughtering Dragon Skill. You should go to King’s Underground Mausoleum to kill the Myth Tortoise (42, 163) and get back the evidence.

Till now, another quest named Skill of Slaughtering Dragons turn up.


Be more careful, the King’s Underground Mausoleum is full of monsters. When you kill the Myth Tortoise, the quest items Lesser Tortoise and Tortoise Liver will be put into your inventory automatically.
  
Go back to see Butcher (248, 202) in Linshire with these items. You are confused about that you only killed a Tortoise but the Butcher said you have killed the Dragon. He tells you the story of Dragon patiently. Till now, you have finished the quest Skill of Slaughtering Dragons.

Then, you should go back to talk to Dragon Lover (288, 242) who lives in Linshire and show the dragon to him. Ok, the rest quest is the first quest, go back to give the Tortoise Liver to Miss Dexterity (211, 83) in Deerfield.

When you give the Tortoise Liver to Miss Dexterity, all the quests are finished. You will get 4000 Exp,65000 Exp,16000 Exp,6000 Exp 36 Reputation Points,44 Reputation Points totally and a piece of equipment.

Tried getting this quest from her at level 21. She told me to come back at 40.

Indeed.  It would be helpful to post the level of some of the boss characters.  I have a feeling that this quest is one where you need to wait a little longer maybe between level 50-60 to attempt to complete with a good party.
