Since the boss is level 43, we suggest you do this quest after you reach lvl 50.
When you reach level 35, talk to Mr. Omniscient in Winter City, capital of Zhao State, and you will find this quest in Linshire. Find Yan Soldier near the northern gate of Linshire and you will know what to do. If you are in Winter City, go through Deerfield and you will find Linshire easily.
He claimed that he is not a spy and we arrested him wrongly and he had some important information for you. He took off his boots and take an Appliance Design for you.
You can see Arms Officer beside you, so you talk to him about the Appliance Design. He was surprised to see that you got the design of Han Crossbow. Han weapons are among the best in the world. And currently they are developing a new kind of crossbow with extremely destructive power. But what you have is only half part of the design. You returned to Yan Soldier and asked him about another half of the design.
He told you that you should go to Yan Army Barracks. Another group has the second half of the design. You need to find the Transport Unit Captain for the second half of the crossbow design.
You can find the Transport Unit Captain easily on the mountain there. He is at lvl 43 and with many soldiers protecting him. So do be careful. After you have killed him, Crossbow Design II dropped on the ground. Don’t forget to pick it up.
When you get that, turn back to Arms Officer in Linshare. He highly praised you and you will gain total 40,000 EXP by completing this quest.
