When you reach Lv.45, talk to Lord Spring (181,248) in Riverside again. He will recommend you to the King.
Go north and take the boat. And then enter Spring City to the north of Riverside.
Go to the Chu Imperial Palace (162,275) in north of Spring City.
Talk to the King. He is glad to meet you and hope you do more contribution to Chu State.
You will get 250000 EXP., 100000 gold and 30 Reputation for visiting the King. He then will ask you to visit Nestor in Sun City.
