Lord Spring asks Swordsman Yana (175, 196) in Riverside to kill the betrayed follower Craig who was not capable of handling the mission and escape. But Swordsman Yana fears that he is unable to do that, thus he asks for your help.
Go north and spend 100 gold to take the boat to the north island. Then use Flying Leap skill to jump to the northeast island.
Find Craig (33, 22) on the island and kill him. He is a Lv.46 Wood mob. Do form a team if you cannot kill him by yourself.
Then go back to Swordsman Yana (175, 196)and report the killing. He will reward you with 25000 EXP., 14 Reputation, a piece of equipment and a bottle of Smart Monkey.
