In Sun City, Mr. Desire, a retired Zhou officer asks you to him a favor: the Sun City recently has been repeatedly harassed by General Jacob’s soldiers, who turned a deaf eye to Zhou laws and robbed of the local at will. Although having officially abdicated from his position, Mr. Desire cannot indulge such atrocious behaviors and let the criminals leave unpunished. Mr. Desire asks you to bring the thugs, the General Jacob’s soldiers to justice. They can be found in southeast Mount Dawn.


Although not a boss-killing it is, you have to beware your foes in this quest, for the wandering solders are level 61 and besides them, many 60+ creatures linger around. After killing 60 wandering soldiers, tell Mr. Desire and he will reward you with 60000 EXP, 25 Reputation, and a piece of equipment.

The wandering soldiers are in the south and not southeast, in southeast are the killer platoons.
