I'm not sure if you you are a paladin or a sin.... According to the quest help paladins should be looking for Mr Easy. But I see from your list of quests completed that you have a sin skill quest, which means you should be looking for the Royal Trainer.

I was also under the impression that the guy to talk to should be Master Luke if you are a paladin.

Is this quest for the Mysterious Force? If it is you are not gonna talk to Mr. Easy, you need to talk to Mr. East and thats after talk to the your classes trainer.

So either the location of the person is messed up or the name is.

Mr. East is in Sun City
Mr. Easy is in Yote

You can only start the Mysterious Force quest once you hit lvl 55 and you need to talk to your classes trainer.

Royal Trainer (284, 167) in Desert City for Assassin
Priest White (187, 209) in Autumn City for Priest
Master Luke (313, 197) in Winter City for Paladin
Mage Laurel  (393, 326) in Spring City for Wizard
