As a Finnish player I would love to use ÄäÖöÅå in chat, its troublesome if they arent allowed/supported.
I am not asking you to allow this on names or anything, just for the chat so that the game is more chat friendly for non english talk.
I know that the game is english and I can speak english rather fluently but I really dont like the fact when playing with ppl from same country.

This would not harm the game in any way, just a small improvement suggestion.

or do you want us fins use naiden instead of näiden (naiden = f*king, näiden = these)?

But for chatbox only, having them in names causes only trouble.

Currently PDO doesn't support all languages in chatbox. We will try to see if this could be solved or not. But I think we can not impliment this until we fixed the major bugs and the later expansions.

We hope you can use english characters instead before this is solved. And thanks for understanding

Yeah I understand that major bugs and later expansions are more important. And having to use only english letters is annoying at best but not life treathning. Its good enough for me to hear that this has been noted so theres hope for better tomorrow.
