Hi all.

When i open the map or when my cursor is over the shortcut bar my FPS decreases dramatically.

In all others situations my FPS is good.

My comp specs :

- AMD Sempron 3.2Ghz
- 2Go DDR2
- RADEON x1950 pro 512mo
- Win XP pro SP2
