[Main] Visit Officer Putnam
After you finish all your state quests, talk to Nestor in Sun City to start your new adventure. Nestor then wants you to talk to Officer Putnam in Koni.
Officer Putnam tells you something belongs to Zhou royal family was stolen, and now he wants you to retrieve it. To do that, you must firstly collect three things: Sharp-Bladed Eyes, Tigritaur Heart, and Unihorn Giant’s skull.
Go to the Wei Army Barracks in Chi state to get the Tigritaur Heart, go to the Sky Altar in Chu state to get the Unihorn Giant’s skull, go to King’s Mausoleum to get the Sharp-Bladed Eyes. After collecting all of them, talk to Nestor in Sun City and he will help you forge a kaleidoscopic Bead, which is exactly what Officer Putnam wants. Give the bead to Officer Putnam, quest completes.
