loading game bug

my computer specs are as follows
os:windows home sp 2
Processor:2.3ghertz
ram:512mb
vram:128mb (uhhh with full 3d acceleration/directx 9.0c)
internet:49.2kbps >_>

uhh i get this error when openin the shortcut...just ask if u need more

did you upgrade game client to the latest expansion pack which is 7212.
