I cant learn it

oh I figured it out...

In the first screen shot you posted, you're not talking to Sunny but a diciple of Sunny.

Head to the Northeast?  Err toward Peece and I believe you will see Sunny.

Talk to him and you should be ok.

I can summon a leopard but its onli lvl 1
How cani upgrade to lvl 2? or should i keep it lvl 1 for now and save gold for others skill

You can upgrade it by buying from other players or finding the skillbooks when hunting mobs.
I wouldn't worry about it the little summons aren't that great.  Your lvl 35 summon is more useful.
