Broken Ancient Scroll (Paladin)

I have a problem with a Broken Ancient Scroll (Paladin)
At first I have to say i never saw one of this kind because every broken scroll had the requirement of lvl 30 before the patch but my one has lvl 45.
Then I wanted to open it the way I did it before the patch: at Daoist master in Sun city.
Here the pictures and his answer:





He does not show me any price at all...normally he says now how much I have to pay to open it.
I cannot open the scroll so Plz help, thanks!

yep, some other player got the skill book too.
It is new skills that will be added in 7300+.
But they cannot be used right now.
Don't use or sell it, for it may cause some problems.
