I couldn't find a topic on this via the search, so I felt it would be ok to make a new topic.  I wanted to know what is "Turbo Experience" and if it was the same thing as Double Experience time.  I noticed that Mister Omniscient in the newbie area only offers Turbo Experience.

On a similar note, when is a good time to take up the reward of Level X 10,000 exp?  Is there a max level where this reward is available and beyond that level it is not available?

As far as I know, both are the same thing.

Most people advocate getting the reward exp as soon it becomes available. At Level 20, the exp you get is enough to boost you 4 levels. At higher levels, you may get a slightly higher exp reward, but the reward itself won't be able to boost your character as much.

Thanks!  Decided to use the exp level reward at 31.
