cant abandon the quest

it suppose to allow you to abandon the quest to start another1 but aint working with me

I notice that it is Mystery Quest right?
I think u only can give up the quest by talking to the Mystery Merchant.
Could u try whether it works?

That is correct ever, he can give quest up only by speaking to mystery merchant

was able to abandon it by the mystery merchant , i hope ever you notice to yoyr programmers to fix or remove the lieatnant option that doesnt work.
