well, already I looked to some times for this boss and not it meeting! I ask for gentility observe if really bug is one! in attached image on quest..

They are players who camp this boss and kill it immediately when it spawns. The spawn time is about 1h 10-20 minutes. You have to get there early to be able to kill it.

Other players kill it and set a timer even an oven timer lol. I'd suggest going to the area and camp/farm there for over an hour. You find out when he spawns then kill him. Then set a timer!!
