I bought PPs from the website and i got message only to say that due to security reasons, the codes are locked. I have logged in to the payment service website to submit "Tickets" to the problem (I realises that after submission, there is no ticket number given to us?.

How do i know if there is anyway to get someone from the Game to look into this. Reak $$ is spent but i cant get my virtual one, this is not good....
