You can get fairies for any element.

The next summon is like the tigers, bears, foxes, wovles and leopards.  You get those through your spell quests.

The large summon comes later on through your spell quest and those are fox goblin, eagle, wood monster, man-faced (PAX) and golden ape.

oh ok thanks, as for the fairies mine is wood and it use to be metal, how do I change it back?

The element of the fairy is determined by the element of your bead.

If you want two different colored fairies try summoning one fairy using a bead of one element and switch beads to another element and viola two different colored fairies!
