GM!  It seems that IGN shorter than 4 characters can not receive the gift package.  When IGN is entered, the following message returned:

Please input your existing character name.

Please check into it.

Um I have char with longer name then four who didn't recieve parts of the gift pack.

Can you explain in detail?  I know Poe said he couldn't get it and thought it was his name.  I responded that it was just in general players were having trouble claiming the prizes.  I see I misposted.

I hope the technical staff is better at reading the posts than I mine

Yes,   but my avatar is a girl, my in game character is a girl... um and Poe is also a female singer!

I made the name because I'm a fan of both the singer and the writer
Anyways, now you all know... I'm a girl, lol.

Need to look at how it takes a name. If a name is only 1 letter or if it has a period or underscore in it you won't be able to receive your gift.
