From the End User Agreement

" By clicking the "I Agree" button you represent that you are an adult 18 years of age or older. Only one person may use an Account. The registered User of an Account may use the Account or may choose instead to permit a minor child of the registered User to use the Account. You are liable for all activities conducted through your Account, and parents or guardians are liable for all activities of their minor child conducted through the Account."

And  for those of you who asked about it.

Also under End User Agreement , section 11, Parental Guidance

"While The Company may choose to monitor and take action upon inappropriate Game play, chat or links to the Service, it is possible that at any time there may be language or other material accessible on or through the Service that may be inappropriate for children or offensive to some users of any age. The Company cannot ensure that other players will not provide content or access to content that parents or guardians may find inappropriate or that any User may find objectionable. The Company does not as a matter of policy pre-screen the Content of the materials or communications transmitted by each player. "

1.) I do not want to get anybody banned. I just do not want to have to deal with this kind of profanity over and over in world chat. You guys can do in PMs what ever you want and for how long you want, I couldn´t care less about that.
2.) I´m way over 18 and still feel molested by this kind of behavior. Where I was raised these two people called parents taught me to have some respect towards other people. This doesn´t seem to be very popular any more these days.
3.) I think it shows a lot that especially Glowpole and Vegi are speaking up here. I did not mention any names on purpose in my initial post. I did not want to point fingers on single players, but I wanted a problem solved. Yes, you two are the most annoying ones in world chat, but by far not the only ones talking trash there. You two brought it on yourself that the focus is on you now.

all the characters banned are alts. They are all no more than lvl 10.

I think players can make alts for fun or for other use, but first they should not make cursing and racial comments.

and they should not make suggestive and offensive character names either.

since Veglow & Glowveg are not considered offensive names, they can get the characters back if they promise not to make improper comments again.

Now does that mean that the next time that someone uses cursing in an offensive manner that they will get banned?

Does that mean for instance if I had screen shots of players making jokes about raping a woman that I could get them banned? Does this mean that when someone gets bored and starts to chat with homos&xual or racist  jokes that they will be banned? Hmm it sounds like maybe we are responsible for our language after all??

It means that if a mod is on and finds it out of place according to the rules then it's the mods responsibility to take it to the next level. Most of the time a simple whisper works fine, almost everyone in the game are responsible enough to stop what they are doing, very few actually argue the fact.

But I'd go by the rules, if someone is going off cursing at another player I'd say something, but if they are just venting cause they died then I'd let it go, as long as it doesn't get out of hand. It's a fine line though, how do you judge what needs to be dealt with? I'd say it's case by case.

Plus everyone still has local, nearby, team, and whispers to go off in.

I just wanted to add that players themselves can take it to the next level as well.  Just take screenshots and email them to pdoservice@enjoymmo.com.

I wasn't aware that main accounts do not get punished for their alts' actions.  In my opinion, this opens the door for other similar predicaments like the ones mentioned above.
