When your a noob and doing the questions for rewards it ask a question about how to get the best gear in game?  And the answer is By gear players have created? I just want to let you noobies know It's complete horse[***].  Proverbs and rep gear is best in game so that question needs to be fixed.  Thanks

You can find materials that do that you just need patience.

For beginner players, the best eq they will get after their Phoenix gear is by crafting.  For older (or for those that farm rep) players, rep sets, proverb set, and dreamtime set are available.

Even IF the rep armor would be the most powerful I think this would be ok. If you look at how much time and effort people have to put into getting it, it should be of very high quality. But I agree, once players will be able to craft green items in the same lvl range these items will be much more powerful than rep gear is.
