Funny Symbols.. Help!!

Today I was playing PDO when I suddenly got disconnected.. Since then i cant login. I get some strange characters in an error pop-up.. Anyone know what the problem is? Is there a maintenance or something? Any help will be appreciated.

P.S: I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling without any result.

lol normally when u see that strange pop up it is becoz u r not fully disconnected from the server, it usually takes another 5 min upon seeing that pop up to login again.
