Hello. This game is new to me and I have a problem with login into the game. I have download the 7212 client from official website. When I launch the game login window apears. After login in black screen apears, something is loading and a message appears:

Failure to initialize. Ensure client file is authentic or contact Customer Service Center.

Please help.

can you explain which you made ? (instal the game patch it get a free acount log in ,normaly )
are you sure the authhentic is in the program listing ?

I,ve downloaded a client file from here: http://pdo.enjoymmo.com/download/download.htm (the one with the sign Recomended). Game was installed corectly without any problems. But now i cannot enter the game.
I was suprised to, but that is the quote of a message that apears on the screen before entering the game main menu. After clicking the only button on the screen I'm back in windows.

Ps. I.ve tryed to make a new account from your link BadBoy. Nothing is changed. The same situation.
       Am I supose to get an acount activation link on my Email ?

no Allakhai - no code is needed. u better re-download *and look at the size of downloaded file* and re-install the client
