The 2 Assassin skills (Metal) Tailslap of the Dragon and (Water) Rainfall are bugged, I've talked with Terry already about Tailslap of the Dragon and he's confirmed with the developers that it is bugged and did not get bugged on the Chinese Version, levels 5-7 are suppose to see a huge increase of power and for that reason consume a ton of mp and hp from the user for using the skill much like Soulshatter for Wizards, however the move is glitched to only do minimal dmg for a high level skill.

Rainfall is bugged in the fact that leveling it up is pointless, the skill stays the same with each level up, just using up more MP to cast.

I just wanted to put these 2 skills out there as the ones I know, I'm sure theres more but I'd appreciate it if these and the rest of the skills that are bugged would be fixed soon.

We are debugging Tailslap of the Dragon right now. the skill will be fine along with some other bugs in the next patch. As to the Rainfall, I myself saw no bugs after testing.

How can you not see there is a bug? Leveling Rainfall makes no sense since the fixed amount of MP you get is equal to that you spend on casting it. If in fact the percentage (+20%) should not increase when you level it, then this skill is designed badly.

I agree with MG, despite my skill being fixed. The water sins skill goes against all the reasons to level a skill up. You normally level a skill to improve it, however rainfall does not improve.
