About the gifts

On the PDO main site,when i go to claim presents here:
"Gifts for Everyone! Celebration of 7300 Expansion Pack"; and type the name of my char,it says:
"We can not find this Account?"....is this a bug? if it is when will u fix it? or when will we get our presents?   pls,answer,pls

ya,tried that too, but it sais i already claimed the rewards, but im pretty sure i didn't....
