I don't think after winning a town you need to use contribution to claim rewards. We loose enough just fighting for them and defending them.

I think this change was made to prevent having noobs in guild who can get those rewards even if they did nothing for it. So they have to do at least something like getting contribution points.
I mean its still a guild thing so I'm against it too. Just a suggestion why they introduced it.

yeah but even noobs should be able to claim because they are part of the guild... they cant go to bayer n get contrabution bcuz they get raped by bunch of 80+ ppl. they screwed the noobs in doing this  meh me personally it doesnt affect me since i kill ppl n get contrabution. but its not fair to everyone...

There is a way to quickly regain your activity and individual activity via the guild manager by turning in meats and other items.

I kinda like it b/c people who contribute to the guild are the only people who can collect.  The dying in bayer and losing individual points sucks but the having to participate in the guild is cool

They did this so people can't guild hop for bayer rewards by the way, not because of the noobs. This way New God of War, Bad Boys, Merchants, etc. Can't own lvl 1's, 2's, and capital at the same time like in the past. Even though their all the same guild and can guild hop for the rewards b4 the patch. And noobs can always do guild collections, you get more contribution that way anyway, depending on what side of the alliance your on if all you do is fight you won't get a lot of contribution.

Back when Yakuza had 9 active fighters I'd get up to 800 contribution a night fighting, but now that I'm in Warriors try 100. So fighting is definately not the best thing to do it just helps.

I also believe that there is a guild switching "cooldown" period in effect, although I have not tried it myself.

As Royal mentioned, every member can collect 9 pieces of some type of material the guild manager asks for and turn that in with 9k gold to gain contribution points and guild activity points.

Yes, the rewards should be free - because of the point Kiya makes. Guild hopping is resolved by it taking seven days before you can join another guild.

The Rewards should be for the entire guild, not just the characters that are on and want to/do participate in Bayer at the time of Bayer Wars.

Paying Activity Points and Contribution points for rewards does not make logical or practical sense.

Well it does slow down another abuse of a guild making and signing on a ton of newbie players and getting them in afk in the town to gain points.

well im not against this new thing in claiming rewards which requires contribution points. for me it just teaches guild members to participate more in guild activities. ok a low lvl player can acquire contribution points not just by fighting in bayer but also by guild collections which means teaches them to learn how to cooperate with their guildmates. unlike before wer they just claim and claim and not conributing anything. im not being stingy on that part but its better that they cooperate in guild activities to gain something....thats why its called a guild to do things together.
