How and Where to get Major Scroll skill?

What's the best way to upgrade Major & Minor Skill?

Is there any special monster who drop it?

or can I get it from TQ?

Get scrolls from monster drops (non humans) buy from other players and some quests

the only way to upgrade skills is with the scrolls

if u want a specific element forscroll u kill the mob that is ur weakness so for water its earth

u might get scrolls from mob kills in TQ thats about it
