Time to find new game?

one night went to bed logged on to game...woke up next morning was offline ...no big deal ill just relog...been two days now cant get back on game...i try to log in it says "failed to initialize.Ensure client file is authentic or contact customer service center."Tried to download game a few times relod it but get same message..help me i want to play game again

i figured it out

was on 32bit ...put on 16 bit all is good now
