I have been looking for a website with english info

Click Quests on the side bar for more quests.

This one is the best so far.  Not everything lines up exactly but it helps clear some things up.
Also helps you pick which quests you want to do.

I haven't seen this on the the forum but again if this is repeat sorry I had no idea b/c the search doesn't tell me much.

I hope this helps though looking for a good quest guide.

thanks for that link it actually helped me alot when I was doing a quest earlier +5 karma for that find. Even though it is for WoQ2.

I also use >>this webpage<<, a subsection of the OP's posted website, to find the monsters i want to farm...
Although some of the locations are different, and some monsters missing its still useful.

Lets hope everspring will finish the official version for PDO soon

I got stuck on a quest myself and it helped fill in some of the blanks.

Even though it is WoQ2, it is so far the best english site on finding information that I have seen.  There are a lot of german and chinese ones for PDO but as a non-speaker the language barrier even with the translator is too confusing

But yes to keep in mind that it is WoQ2 before reading and there are differences.
