Massive Jade - problem with refining

I have questions about massive jade

am Tuesday i try punch new gem slots in my weapon -> I use 3 small massive
and 1 large massive. All my tests are failed

How many stones I need for 1 socket gems? 10 or 20 ? more?

I have spoken with another players and they have a same problem

If  the gear has two sockets, don't try to punch a new slot. If it has only one socket or two, you can try yo punch a new slot with Massive Jade. Although the punching may fail, the chance is slim.  I will say it is not a bug.

Yes Terry , its my mistake -
I would make new slots in my weapon / lev.84 green not holy with out slot/  and i had use 3 small massive + 1 large and all my tests are failure - can u explain me why ?
One from my friend had use 6 pcs. large massive and he too ALL failure ! / 6 larges M.J. are still to slim?
IMAO this is bug , because doesn't have a ghost a chance fo new slot in weapon

sup ur not the only one, ive spent 210 pps so far on large massive jades from the pp merchant just to get a 2nd soc in a weap, and all attempts are to avail, cause all ive managed to do is lose endurance.... u should consider raising the success rate, cause 210 pps for a 2nd soc is ridiculous... ive given up at this point ^^
