Just an FYI on this. I found this on the Chinese site:

Bulletin Board Feature: This allows you to keep abreast of the game and what has been going on with all the details of online activities! This includes, but not limited to, any loss of contribution point during town battles, pk bouts, guild team quest completion. Also the guild leader is able to post message toward the guild.

yes it sound nice Maven, cuz with Bulletin Board Feature helping the guild leader to put a calendar to the activity of his guild and more he can know what happened in his absence
