Guys you should really stop all the crying about us taking all towns, ok yes we guild hop and take them, but the principle is NO different than what you were doing, warriors the guild with 1 active pl ...
PeeKay Post at 9-20-2009 12:36 I've never taken part in guild hopping and never will. I don't believe all of Kabayan has done it too in-mass like other guilds currently. It's the extent to which it is being exploited now that is totally changing how Bayer was meant to be played.
Guild hopping is different than helping an ally (even though they may have only a few active players) take a territory. When you help an ally, you are not exploiting any bugs. In addition, they need to do the work of destroying the totem for defending and also some for capturing a territory. That guild can only claim rewards from that territory. Capital war tends to be where all guilds converge because everyone can enter, so helping an ally is more feasible there.
With guild hopping, doesn't matter if the guild has any active players, everyone can join an inactive guild with AP and do the work under the name of that inactive guild. Guild hopping is a bit more selfish too. With guild hopping, one can hop from one guild to another, claiming rewards once they get some cp. Same thing with tax: claim at each territory, then split it up.
On a personal note, I won't be participating in Bayer (currently was at a limited capacity either way) for a while. Grad studies are a bit more time consuming. The bayer time is actually a bit better and earlier in the day for me, but doesn't make much of a difference.
Have fun in Bayer! |
