In-Game Error

I've randomly been getting the error attached below.  Sometimes it happens when I'm just moving items in my inventory or picking up items.  Today, it even happened when I placed items in a shop.  As far as I know, the error doesn't affect anything.  Not exactly sure what is going on with that error.

I get that error too. I usually get it when im recieving a quest reward item or when i use a potion
