my friend and me both bought scrolls from City Guard Leutenant. we didnt know the system of the quest tho.
today i read the guid at forum and still dont understand, it says - only 1 player at time can do that quest.
we killed monster (paoxiao king in Jixia) as a party and we both failed to do the quest. why?
cause of party or there is something else?

oh i found it was "Daily Reward" scroll, "Limited Award Offering" is another option. but still dont understand reason of failure
